Content Bootcamp

If we are running  business on social media, its time to UP our content!

CONTENT BASICS

Let’s start with some basics for creating content before we get into actually creating it.
It’s 2026 and social media has changed. We now live in a time that everyone wants to be an influencer. Everyone wants to sell things on social media. It’s no longer a cringe thing to promote products on social. This is a good thing in so many ways. But the only downfall is WE NEED TO STAND OUT! And that’s what this boot camp is all about. Upping out content game!

Tip 1: Lightening and clean background can literally make or break someone scrolling by.
You don’t have to invest in crazy expensive lighting. One of the best places to film is in natural light. If you regularly film somewhere that isn’t bright, invest in a small light that can clip on your phone or a small ring light off amazon.
Clean background is a must. Too much clutter or busy backgrounds are distracting and will cause people to scroll.

Tip 2: Progress over Perfection
The days of perfect are in the past. People don’t want to see perfect, fake or AI. They want to feel heard and seen, feel connection, see the real and raw. Meaning no filters! Just great lightening and clear.

Tip 3: Consistency means more than frequency
Showing up regularly (even a few times a week) is better than posting a lot and disappearing all together. Come up with a plan and stick to it!

2026 is the year we POST WITH INTENTION.

Say goodbye to filler posts.

Before you post I want you to ask yourself the intention of the post.

Is it to show / promote product

Is it to talk about the opportunity

Is it a post to attract your target audience

Is it relatable. Meaning shareable/more interaction

Is it teachable/educational. Meaning more saves

What is the purpose of the content. If you don’t see a purpose… don’t post it.

Now different social media makes a difference.

Instagram: CLEAN feeds. ZERO filler or posting that isn’t towards your niche content or target audience. Be very intentional with what you are posting there. Your bio should give people ideas of what content to expect. Make sure your content is geared towards that. NO graphics, AI, colorful quotes that don’t look like your own, lots of family posts without a thoughtful caption and reason to post.

Facebook is a little more open to things. But again, still needs intention. Avoid graphics, or generic types of posts. Still post with intention but also a little open to sharing family moments, posts that people will get to know you better with, behind the scenes type content, etc.

Last tip for now, figure out who your target audience is. Is it moms? Women in their 30-40?

SPEAK TO THAT ONE PERSON. Stop trying to make content to attract everyone. That way you will attract that audience that will want to follow and stick around and get value from all of your content.

Instagram Edits

Let’s talk all the tools Instagram Edits has

If you have tried other apps to edit content, give this one a try! It’s become my favorite! Easy to use and hooks right to your Instagram account!

Stop focusing on view numbers

“My farmasi posts never get interaction”
You’re not alone.

Usually posts talking about the business or products directly won’t have the most views, likes, comments. It’s just the truth of it.

But!
1. That doesn’t mean people aren’t watching
Silent watchers are a thing!
2. This is why other types of content are important. The less salesy, more educational. The niche content. The entertaining content. This type will attract new viewers. Get new followers. Which is the main reason for content. Get new faces, have those new faces see your Farmasi content.

Now this is also a reminder, STOP focusing on views. Those numbers don’t matter. I’d rather 100 views with those 100 commenting and wanting to see my content than 10,000 views with very low interaction and people watching but skimming past.

Instead of focusing on views. Start celebrating the likes, comments and shares! Celebrate new followers. Even if it’s just a few at a time! That’s growth!

Makeup Content

Let’s talk TYPES of makeup content that is beneficial to attract followers, interaction and lead to sales!

1. Transition videos
2. Problem solving
3. Get ready with me
4. Makeup tips with education
5. Product spotlights
6. Myths or mistakes

Makeup Transitions

How to record & edit a makeup transition reel

Nutriplus content

First, lets talk about different ways to show Nutriplus in your content

💧 Morning/ day routine
Quick edited videos that grab attention showing your Nutriplus products. Can be trending audio, voice over, talking or even ASMR with just sounds

💧Storytelling
Think about your audience and your niche. Tell a story that happened to you or something funny and entertaining while making your drink/shake
Less salsey & more relatable but your products will be front and center

💧 Problem solving
Hook example: “always feeling tired by 2pm”
The solve that problem by talking about recharge and how it can fix that problem.
You’re Nutriplus product is the solution to those problems

💧 Education content
“Things you could expecting and it may be because of your gut”
“Supplements I wish I knew about sooner”
Then go on to educate your viewers on what these products do, ingredients, how they would benefit etc

💧 Transformations
This isn’t just testimonials from you. Yes you are the main part of your content. But when it comes to health and wellness, share results and testimonials from other FI’s, team members, customers etc!

💧 Life style
Show how easy it is to add in certain items to your daily routine.
Like adding collagen to your coffee
Recharge on the go sticks for the gym
Taking gummies first thing in the morning
L carnitine is just one shot a day alone or mixed

Remember:
If your content looks like an ad, it will be scrolled past.
If it looks like real life & is relatable, it will be watched.
