Platform Focus Content - Goal Growth Habit

Instagram Visibility + Education Reels + Tutorials. Engage daily + Optimize bio

Facebook Connection + Community Lives + Storytelling Posts. Build relationships in DMs & Groups

Social Media Tips

INSTAGRAM SUCCESS FORMULA

(Grow, Sell, and Lead with Confidence)

Instagram is a very "post with intention" type platform. Clean feeds filled with niche content. Stay away from filler posts or things that don't attract your target audience.

GROWTH TIPS

Post Reels Consistently (one daily is ideal)

  • Short, punchy, and value-packed videos build visibility.
  • Use hooks like: “If your hair’s been thinning—try this,” or “The #1 mistake people make with scalp oil…”
  • Add captions + engaging on-screen text.

Use a Mix of Personal + Educational + Product Content

  • Don’t only sell. Show YOU.
  • Rotate between: tutorials, lifestyle, business motivation, and transformations.

Engage Every Day

  • Spend 10–15 minutes liking/commenting on your followers’ content.
  • Reply to every DM and comment.
  • Follow new people in your niche (moms, beauty lovers, haircare accounts).

Optimize Your Bio

  • Make it clear who you help and what they’ll find on your page.
  • Example:
💄 Makeup + Hair Tips for Busy Moms
    ✨ Sharing my glow-up journey
👇 Start your beauty biz with me

Show Up on Stories Daily

  • Document your day, don’t overthink it!
  • Add polls, questions, and engagement stickers to start conversations.
  • Example: “Who’s washed their hair this week? 😂”

Collaborate + Build Community

  • Comment on similar creators’ posts.
  • Do “duet” or “remix” reels.
  • Feature team members’ wins in stories.

SELLING TIPS

Focus on Showing, Not Telling

  • Demos, before/after reels, or real-life “get ready with me” clips sell more than product graphics.

Use Storytelling

  • “I used to struggle with breakage, and this changed everything…”
  • Let your audience feel the transformation.

Include a CTA Every Time

  • “Comment OIL for the link,” or “DM me 'MAKEUP’ for a custom routine.”

Highlight Customer Testimonials

  • Share screenshots, voice messages, or UGC (user content)

Use Highlights Strategically

  • Create Highlights like: “Hair Care,” “My Faves,” “Biz Tips,” “Results,” and “Join Me.”

Make It Easy to Shop or Join

  • Have your link in bio clearly labeled: “Shop My Faves ” or “Learn more working with me ”

SUCCESS TIPS

  • Batch content weekly so you stay consistent.
  • Track insights — notice which reels perform best and make more like them.
  • Stay authentic — be YOU, even when promoting products.
  • Celebrate small wins publicly — growth inspires others to join you.

FACEBOOK SUCCESS FORMULA

(Connection, Trust & Community Building)

GROWTH TIPS

Treat Facebook Like a Relationship Platform

  • Facebook favors real conversation, not just content.
  • Engage in groups, comment genuinely, and reply quickly.

Mix Personal & Business Content

  • 80% lifestyle/relatable, 20% business promotion.
  • People want to connect with your story more than your sale.

Use Facebook Stories

  • Show your day, ask poll questions, and add behind-the-scenes peeks.
  • Example: “Which serum would you try? 👇”

Post on Your Personal Profile + Business Page + Groups

  • Share wins, your journey, and team success stories.
  • Cross-post reels from Instagram for double reach.

Friend New People Daily

  • Add 5–10 new people who engage with similar content or groups.
  • Example: beauty groups, mom groups, or entrepreneur spaces.

Go Live Weekly

  • Tutorials, storytimes, or motivational biz talks.
  • Lives build deep trust on Facebook like nothing else.

SELLING TIPS

Storytelling Posts Sell the Best

  • Instead of “Buy this shampoo,” write:
“I didn’t realize how bad my breakage was until I started this new hair routine…”

Use “Curiosity Posts”

  • Tease results without naming the product right away:
“I’ve been using this for 3 weeks and my hair feels brand new 😍 Want the link?”

Create Value Posts

  • Example: “3 Tips to Grow Thicker Hair Naturally” and then tie it to your Farmasi oil.

Use Comment Keywords for Engagement

  • “Comment HAIR and I’ll send my full routine!”
  • Triggers conversations in DMs (where sales happen).

Leverage Facebook Groups

  • Create a customer or VIP beauty group with tips, giveaways, and tutorials.
  • This nurtures your audience and keeps them excited.

Shout Out Your Team & Customers

  • Recognition posts inspire others to join.
  • “So proud of Sarah for promoting this month! Hard work pays off!”

SUCCESS TIPS

  • Be consistent — post daily (even if small).
  • Use Messenger for relationship building.
    • Greet new friends, check in on customers.
  • Post with heart and value, not pressure.
    • People can feel your authenticity.
  • Track what works: pay attention to which posts get the most saves, shares, and comments.

WHY HOOKS & CTAs ARE THE MOST IMPORTANT PART OF YOUR CONTENT

THE HOOK — The Scroll Stopper

What it is:
A hook is the very first line or visual in your post or reel that grabs attention and makes someone stop scrolling.
It’s what determines whether they watch or keep scrolling past you.

Why it matters:

  • You only have 2–3 seconds to capture attention on social media.
  • A strong hook instantly tells your viewer,
    👉 “This is for YOU.
  • It makes your content stand out in a crowded feed filled with other videos, photos, and ads.

What a good hook does:
Grabs curiosity (“Wait… what did she just say?”)
Calls out your ideal audience (“Moms who need a self-care routine — this one’s for you.”)
Promises value (“Here’s how I grew my hair in 30 days…”)

Example Hooks

Attention-Grabbing & Relatable Hooks

  1. “If no one’s told you this today, listen up…”
  2. “You’re doing this wrong — and it’s costing you results.”
  3. “This changed everything for me…”
  4. “I wish I had known this sooner.”
  5. “If you struggle with ___, you’re not alone.”
  6. “You’ll never look at ___ the same way again.”
  7. “Stop scrolling — you need to hear this!”
  8. “Here’s a secret nobody talks about…”
  9. “You’ve been doing ___ all wrong (but it’s not your fault).”
  10. “The one thing that took my ___ to the next level.”

Product / Tutorial Style Hooks

  1. “Here’s why this little bottle has gone viral…”
  2. “Watch what happens when I use this…”
  3. “I’ve tested dozens of products — this one’s different.”

            4. “If your ___ looks like this, try this instead.”

            5. “3 reasons I’ll never stop using this.”

Business & Mindset Hooks

  1. “The truth about building a business online…”
  2. “I used to roll my eyes at this — until it changed my life.”
  3. “You don’t need to be perfect. You just need to start.”
  4. “This is for the woman who’s ready for more.”
  5. “If you’ve ever felt stuck, this is your sign to keep going.”

Mom / Lifestyle Hooks

  1. “POV: You’re a mom trying to build your dream life.”
  2. “Here’s how I balance mom life + business (on most days 😅).”
  3. “To every mom chasing her dreams — this one’s for you.”
  4. “Some days it’s messy, but it’s always worth it.”
  5. “What they don’t tell you about working from home as a mom…”

THE CTA — The Invitation to Take Action

What it is:
A call-to-action (CTA) is the part of your post or video where you invite your audience to do something next.
Without it, even the best post just… ends. 😅

Why it matters:

  • People often need to be told what to do next.
  • CTAs create conversation, connection, and conversion.
  • It turns passive viewers into active followers, buyers, or teammates.

Types of CTAs (and how to use them):

Engagement CTA

“Comment ____ if you agree!” or “Save this tip for later!”

Boosts engagement + algorithm reach

Lead CTA

“DM me ‘HAIR’ for my full routine.”

Starts real conversations in DMs

Sales CTA

“Shop my link in bio ” or “Grab yours before it sells out!”

Converts followers into customers

Recruiting CTA

“Message me ‘BIZ’ to learn how I work from my phone.”

Generates team prospects

Pro Tips for CTAs:

  • Always use one clear CTA per post — too many = confusion.
  • Make it simple and direct.
  • Match the tone to your post (fun, helpful, or urgent).
  • Repeat it at the end of your caption or on-screen text.

How CTAs help your business:
CTAs are how you turn attention into action.
Without a CTA, people may love your content — but not know how to take the next step.
CTAs drive your business growth, plain and simple.
